Description

The 6C5S / 6U5C double anode kenotron is designed for a.c. current rectification.

The 6C5S / 6U5C double anode kenotron are enclosed in glass bulb and are provided with an octal base and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.

The 6C5S / 6U5C double anode kenotron are resistant to ambient temperature from -60 to +70В°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +40°C, as well as to vibration with an acceleration of 2.5 g.

It can put out 70 mA, and it handles all practical voltages. Very convenient heater voltage 6,3 VAC like other triodes but unlike all diodes.
Max cap after the bridge is 4,7 uF.

Pins: 7 and 2 are cathode-heater (6,3/600mA heater)
Pins: 3 and 5 are high voltage AC (max 400 V)
Reverse voltage 1100 V.

All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: 6X5GT and EZ35.
The tube is manufactured by the Reflector, Russia.
