6J51P = 6EJ7 = EF184 tube. Pentode
The 6J51P (6Ж51П) high-frequency short-characteristic pentode has been designed to amplify intermediate-frequency voltage in wide-band amplifiers.
The 6J51P pentodes are miniature devices enclosed in glass bulb and are provided with a seven-pin base, rigit leads and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.
The 6J51P pentodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +70°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to vibration with an acceleration of (from 1 to 60Hz) 2 g.
All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: 6EJ7 and EF184.
The tube is manufactured by the Reflector, Saratov, Russia.
