6I1P = ECH81 = 6AJ8 tube. Triode-heptode
The 6I1P (6И1П) triode-heptode has been designed for frequency conversion in electronic devices.
The 6I1P triode-heptodes are miniature devices enclosed in glass bulb and provided with nine-pin base leads and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.
The 6I1P triode-heptodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +70°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to vibration with an acceleration of 2 g.
All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: ECH81 and 6AJ8.
The tube is manufactured by the Reflector, Saratov, Russia.
