The 6E15P higth-voltage tetrode has been designed to function as a regulating element in electronic high-voltage stabilizers. Cathode: indirectly heated, oxide-coated.
The 6E15P (6Э15П) higth-voltage tetrodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +25°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to vibration with an acceleration of 5 g.
